David Brownell grew up in the Midwest - Des Moines, Iowa. He originally moved to Las Vegas to assist his uncle in writing a management book and running his business. His family still resides in Iowa - his dad, mom and three younger sisters, two brothers-in-law, four nephews (Adam, Joey, Matthew and Ben) and a niece (Stascia).

David began selling real estate in Las Vegas 12 years ago on the recommendation of a close friend. Not knowing much about the business, he spent his first years learning from others. During that time, David witnessed some high quality real estate service as well as some pretty terrible real estate service.

David often talks about how he was able to understand pretty quickly why so many people hold Realtors with the same regard as a used car salesperson. High-pressure sales tactics. Motivating customers out of fear. A traditional Realtor - someone selfishly motivated by their commission first and the client’s interests after that.

From this, he decided to start his own business. And he began with the basic premise that he would always put his client and their interests first. David had seen first hand the disasters that happen when those traditional Realtors conducted their business backwards. And how unhappy their clients would be at the end of the process.

Kelly Bogle has been a resident of Las Vegas for over 19 years. She
is originally from a small town in Reading, England, approximately
45 minutes south of London. Kelly moved to Las Vegas at a very
young age and therefore considers herself to be a Las Vegas native.

Kelly joined the David Brownell team four years ago with the opportunity to be nourished from a wealth of knowledge, ideas and a true passion for real estate. In the past four years Kelly has had the opportunity to serve many families. Originally from Colorado, Tiffany moved to Las Vegas in 1993. For more than eleven years Tiffany Harris has been deeply involved in all aspects of the real-estate industry. Starting in sales, where she compiled an impressive history quickly, Tiffany went on to direct a real-estate school and has authored numerous continuing education courses.

As Director of Operations, Tiffany brings vast knowledge and experience to the David Brownell team. Her penchant for attention to detail and her extensive connections in the real-estate business, make Tiffany a priceless asset to the Team.

Michael Harden joins the David Brownell Team bringing over 15 years of Real Estate experience in the Title & Escrow side of the business in Las Vegas, Nevada. His Real Estate experience goes back 18 years as an assistant to a top agent in Southern California.

Michael prides himself in quality customer service. He strives to make sure his clients are taken care of from first contact to close and beyond.

Michael and his wife, Anadel, moved here from Southern California in 1995 and now have three beautiful daughters; Alexandria, Jordan & Mickelle. His oldest daughter, Alexandria, will be attending the University of Akron, Ohio, in the fall of 2010 on a soccer scholarship.

Outside of the workplace, his family is self-proclaimed soccer-holics. Michael is a head coach for the Las Vegas Premier Soccer Club and a staff coach for the Nevada Olympic Development Program.

Matthew Bunch comes to the David Brownell Team with an extensive background in banking, but longed for a career with more emotional significance. He has found that with the David Brownell Team. The fulfillment he feels helping someone find their dream-home has made Matt a permanent member of the team. Matthew grew up in San Diego, but has lived all over the United States, arriving in Las Vegas from Miami twelve years ago. Matt also loves playing and teaching chess, and has returned to college in pursuit of degrees in both English and Astronomy.

Jay Ginsbach joined Keller Williams and the David Brownell team in 2008 and brings a wealth of real estate experience along with competence and care to his clients and other industry professionals. Originally from Minneapolis and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Jay moved his family to Las Vegas in 2000 and has spent his entire adult life in the real estate business assisting buyers and sellers with their goals and dreams.

After building a successful referral-based business and residential real estate career in Minneapolis, Jay pursued the new home industry in Las Vegas for five years and worked with prominent homebuilders while selling new homes in many communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Jay has three bright and beautiful daughters and enjoys time swimming and being involved in the children's activities. Jeff is originally from Sacramento, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 1993. Jeff has an extensive background in real estate, and for the last several years has focused on mastering the complexity of Short Sales.

When asked, "Why did you come to Vegas?" Jeff quickly responds, "I love the weather and I love the options – From Lake Mead to Mt. Charleston, anything you could want to do is only about an hour away, and I love all the non-gambling entertainment and nightlife as well. Also, Las Vegas is a city of incredible financial opportunity. Real estate has so many facets, I never get bored with it, and I always feel an incredible sense of accomplishment every time I help others."

Ally Moore was born in Columbus, Ohio, and most of her family still lives there. Ally, on the other hand, has lived all over the United States including, Florida, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia, and, lastly, Nevada, initially landing in Reno in 1998. She met her husband in 1999 and welcomed her two sons, Zachary and Ethan, in 2000 and 2001. Ally and her husband both studied architecture and transferred to UNLV in 2002.

In 2005 Ally became a licensed Realtor and has grown stronger in her passion for the business ever since. Ally loves what she does and takes particular satisfaction in helping people make sound investment decisions. In May of this year Ally welcomed her third child, daughter Emily. When she is not working on real estate, Ally deeply enjoys spending time with her family and anything that has to do with water. She also studies art and photography and constantly challenges herself to grow both personally and professionally.

Chris Hahn was born in Fallbrook, California and moved to Las Vegas in September of 2001. He started his career in the restaurant business and greatly enjoyed the quick pace and customer service aspect. Chris began with the David Brownell Team as an office administrator in September of 2009. Chris quickly discovered that he wanted to be more involved in the real estate market and pursue his new passion. Through his long background in customer service, his energetic personality, and his passion for knowledge, Chris has become a valuable asset to the David Brownell Team.
